After endless, sleepless hours on the flight from Houston to Amsterdam, I always cherish the wonderful espresso that they serve in Choclate Bar by Terminal B on Schiphol Airport. Like this early morning while in transit to go to Bergen, I got to enjoy a divine caffe latte and a delicious smoked salmon baguette that lasted all the way home to Norway and to 3 o´clock in the afternoon.
Also, the roof of Chocolate Bar is covered in cool, brass-coloured lamps, and if you look very close, I think you can see my reflection in them.
